7、參（cān）賽資格：
Players’Qualifications：
7.1 本次（cì）比賽分為資格賽和正賽兩個階段（duàn）。
The tournament will have two stages. Stage 1 for Qualification. Stage 2 for Main draw.
7.2 資格（gé）賽不設定參賽人數；正賽男子設（shè）定64位、女子設定32位。
There is no limit to the number of entries in the Stage 1 but only 64 men and 32 women will qualify for Stage 2.
7.3 CBSA美式最新排名(截止至廣州公開賽) 男子前32名和（hé）女子前16名的（de）球（qiú）員（yuán）直接晉級正賽。
Players will be seeded according to the CBSA latest rankings after the Guangzhou World 9-ball China Open. The top 16 men and the top 8 women will be seeded into the Stage 2;
7.4 組委會將邀請男子12名、女子6名選手參加正賽。
The organizing committee will also issue wild card entries for 12 men and 6 women into the Stage 2;
7.5 中國國家隊男隊員4名和女隊員2名直接晉級正賽。
4 men and 2 women players will be recommended into the Stage2 by the Chinese National team;
7.6 資格賽共錄取男子16名女子（zǐ）8名晉級正賽。
After the Stage 1, 16 men and 8 women will qualify into the Stage 2;
7.7 在（zài）上述有資格（gé）參加正賽人員中（zhōng），如有空（kōng）缺名額，組委會將根據實際情況增補正賽（sài）名額。
The committee will, at its discretion, fill any available spots in the Stage 2 for eligible players;
7.8 已獲得正賽參賽資格的球員，如因特殊原（yuán）因不能參賽，須提前15天向組會聲明，未在（zài）規定時間聲明即退（tuì）賽的（de）球員，組委會將酌情予以（yǐ）處罰。
Players who are eligible for the Stage 2 must forward their nominations to the committee within 15 days before the qualifying competition. The committee will penalize players who failed to participate once their nominations have been accepted.
8、參賽辦法（fǎ）：
Registration ：
8.1 所有國內選手，包含正賽選手和資格賽選手，均需下（xià）載中國台球協（xié）會官方APP，並直接在（zài）APP上完（wán）成（chéng）報名和繳納參（cān）賽費程序(未繳費者報名無效)，繳費成功後不予退費，本賽事（shì）不接受電話報名和現場報（bào）名。
All Mainland Chinese players (regardless of Qualifying Rounds or Main draws) are required to complete their nominations and make payments via the China Billiards Association app. Unpaid nominations will not be accepted. No refunds will be given once the nominations have been accepted. No telephones or on-site nominations will be accepted.
8.2 境外參賽選手，包（bāo）含（hán）資格賽選手和正賽選手，需填寫（xiě）完整報名表，在報名截止日期前發送（sòng）郵件至cbsa@fqzhfhs.com完成報名；港澳（ào）台地區選手均需（xū）通過官方APP一種形（xíng）式完成報（bào）名(境外選手報到時繳納參賽費用、港澳（ào）台地區選手在官方APP上報名時繳納參賽費用)
Overseas players (regardless of Qualifying Rounds or Main Draws) must complete the nomination forms and send a email to cbsa@fqzhfhs.com before the deadline; Players from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must complete the registration via the official app.
( Overseas players will pay the entry fees when they register in China, and players from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must pay their entry fees via the official app.)
8.3 國內、港澳台地區（qū）及境外選手（shǒu）如需佩戴個人胸標廣告，請在報名（míng）截止時間前，將胸標廣告圖樣發（fā）送郵件至（zhì）cbsa@fqzhfhs.com，每名選手最多可提（tí）供一個胸標圖樣。
Players who wishes to wear logos of their sponsors must email the name and the pictures of the logo to cbsa@fqzhfhs.com before the closing date. Each player is entitled one logo each.

9、競賽（sài）辦法：
Competition Rules：
9.1 比賽采用世界花（huā）式撞球協會最新美式9球通用競賽規則；采用擺球紙擺球，9號（hào）球置於置球點,1號球置（zhì）於菱形頂端，執行三（sān）球回線規定。
WPA 9-ball rule with the 3 point break shot rule. Magic sheet will be used to rack the balls with 9 on the spot. (The 1 ball is placed at the top of the diamond).
9.2 資格賽：
Qualifying Stage 1：
9.2.1 資格賽共分三場進行，男子組分別錄取4名、4名、8名(共16名)；女（nǚ）子組（zǔ）分別錄取2名（míng）、2名、4名(共（gòng）8名（míng）)晉級正賽；資格賽全部采用單（dān）敗淘汰，不設種子選手，男子搶9局（jú），女（nǚ）子搶7局，勝方衝球。
There are 3 matches in Stage 1. Single elimination with men players race to 9 and women players race to 7, 4 best men players and 2 best women players from 1st and 2nd matches, 8 best men players and 4 best women players from the 3rd match respectively advance to stage 2. No seeded players for stage 1 and all the matches are winner break.
9.3 正賽：
Main Draw Stage 2：
9.3.1 正賽賽程分兩個階段進行，第一階段采用分組雙敗淘汰、第二階段采用單（dān）敗（bài）淘汰賽製。
Stage 2 is run in two rounds. In Round 1, Double Elimination. In Round 2, Single Elimination .
9.3.2 男子（zǐ）64名選手共（gòng）分成8組，每組錄取勝（shèng）部2名、敗部2名（míng）(共32名)；女子32名選手共分成4組，每組錄取勝（shèng）部2名、敗部2名(共（gòng）16名)，進入第二階段單敗淘汰比賽。
64 men players play on 8 groups double elimination system and 32 women players play on 4 groups double elimination system. 4 men players each group (2 from winning racks respectively and 2 from losing racks respectively) and 4 women players each group (2 from winning racks respectively and 2 from losing racks respectively) advance into Round 2.
9.3.3 正賽雙（shuāng）敗（bài）淘汰階段男子搶9局、女子（zǐ）搶7局；單敗淘汰階段（duàn）男子搶11局、女子搶9局；冠亞軍決賽男子搶13局，女子搶11局（jú）；正賽（sài）階段的比賽全部采（cǎi）用輪流衝球的辦法。
Stage 2 Double Elimination, Men players race to 9. Women players race to 7. Single Elimination, Men players race to 11. Women players race to 9. Final, Men players race to 13. Women players race to 11. All the matches are alternate break.
9.4 抽（chōu）簽（qiān）：
Draw：
9.4.1 正賽第一階段雙敗（bài）淘汰階段抽簽不設種子選手，正賽第二階段單敗淘汰的抽簽（qiān）入位原則是依據第一階段雙敗淘汰的比賽成績，勝部（bù）晉級的選手男子排列1-16位，女子排列1-8位(如（rú）遇成績相同抽簽決定前後)，按（àn）蛇形排列進入種子位置，敗部晉級的選手抽簽進入敗部簽位。
NO seeding for Round 1 double elimination. Round 2 single elimination will be seeded in a crisscross formation according the result of Round 1. (If the results are same then will draw first) Players from the losing racks will go into free draw situation.
9.5 計時（shí）：
Shot Clock：
9.5.1 比賽限時45秒出杆，剩餘（yú）10秒提醒一次，剩餘5秒讀秒；參賽雙方每局比賽均可申請延時（shí）一次，時（shí）間為45秒，決勝局不計時。
Players should make break within 45 seconds. Each player can request 45 seconds longer to make break in each game. The referee will give a warning once in the last 10 seconds. The last 5 seconds will be countdown. There is no shot clock in the last rack.
9.6 休息：
Time Out：
9.6.1 資（zī）格賽比賽的場次均不安排（pái）休息時間，在（zài）正賽的比賽中（zhōng），男子每場比賽連續進行8局後、女子每場比賽連續進行6局後可以休息一次，時間為（wéi）5分（fèn）鍾。
There is no time out for the Stage 1. In the Stage 2, men can request time out after 8 rack and the women after 6 rack in each match. The time out is 5 minutes.
10、獎勵辦法（fǎ）：
Prize Money ：
10.1 總獎金額為180萬元人民幣(稅前)，其中：
10.2 比賽獎（jiǎng）金均為稅前金額，所有（yǒu）獲獎選手由承辦單位按照國家（jiā）稅（shuì）收規定代扣代繳20%稅金。
These prize monies are pre-tax amounts and recipients are obliged to pay 20% tax in accordance with the state tax laws.

13、參賽費用：
Expenses：
13.1 所有參（cān）賽選手參賽費用（yòng）全部自理；
All the players are responsible for all their own expenses occurred during the Tournament.
13.2 參（cān）賽費：
13.2.1 參賽選手（shǒu）需向（xiàng）賽事承辦方繳納參賽（sài）費。直接參加正賽（sài）的選手（shǒu）需繳（jiǎo）納參賽費1000元人民幣；參加資格賽的（de）選手需繳納參賽費400元人民幣；通過（guò）資格賽選拔晉級（jí）正賽的選手需補繳參賽費600元人民幣。
Entry fee payable is 1,000RMB for the Main Draw and 400RMB for the Qualifying Rounds. Players who have passed the qualifying competition to qualify for the main draw must pay another entry fee of 600 RMB.
13.3 繳費方式：
13.3.1 資格（gé）賽選手、正賽選手均在官方APP上（shàng）報名時繳納參賽費用，資格（gé）賽晉級選手在現場補交參賽費用。
Payment method:
Qualifying players and main draw players pay the entry fee when they register on the official APP. The qualifiers will pay the entry fee on site.
14、參賽要求：
Conditions of Play：
14.1 參加（jiā）正賽的選手,出席酒會、抽簽儀（yí）式、開幕式必須服裝得體大方。選手比賽（sài）時需遵守賽會服裝要求，違（wéi）者組（zǔ）委會（huì）有權禁止選手（shǒu）參賽；
Main Draw players must be properly dressed for the while attending the draw and the opening ceremony. All players must adhere to the dress code during the competition. The Organizing Committee has the right to forfeit any players not conforming to this.
男子選手：上衣為有領短袖T恤、深色西（xī）褲、黑色皮鞋
女子選手：上裝不（bú）限、深色西褲、正裝深色皮鞋
Men may wear a short sleeved collared or polo shirt which is tucked in with dark dress pants and black leather shoes.
Women may wear a short sleeve collared or polo shirt, an elegant top, a dress or a blouse which is covering the shoulders with dress pants or skirt which must cover the knees. Shoes must be elegant dress shoes that match the outfit.
14.2 參賽球員須在賽前15分鍾到賽會指定檢錄處報到，由賽會（huì）人員檢（jiǎn）查（chá）參賽球員的服裝、商業標識是否合乎標準，並在賽前（qián）5分鍾到達比賽場地（dì）入口，由裁判員帶（dài）領參（cān）賽球員進入比賽場地；裁判長宣布比賽開始後未到場將視（shì）為棄權。
Players must report to the Tournament Director 15 minutes prior to the match to ensure that the dress codes and logos standards are met. Players must be present at the entrance of the hall 5 minutes before the match before being led away by the referee. Players will be forfeited if they failed to show up at the venue at the commencement of the chief referee’s announcement.
14.3 對當（dāng）值裁判（pàn）裁決不服的申（shēn）訴需在判（pàn）罰後雙方選手下一（yī）擊前提出，否則不（bú）予受理；如對裁判員的判罰有異議，可向裁判長進行投訴，對裁判長的決定有異議，可向仲裁委員會投訴，仲裁委（wěi）員會（huì）的決定為最終決（jué）定。
If a player needs a decision to be taken, the first person to be contacted is the referee. The referee will form his decision by all means that seem suitable to him. If the player wants to protest against that ruling, he may contact the head referee and after that the tournament director. In any regular tournament, the tournament director’s decision is binding and final.
14.4 參賽選手在比賽中出現（xiàn）故意幹擾對（duì）手等有（yǒu）違體育道德行為，第（dì）一次出（chū）現警告一次，第二次出現（xiàn）判負一局，第三次出現取消比賽資格。
The rules and regulations give the referee and other officials considerable latitude in penalizing unsportsmanlike conduct. Several factors should be considered in such decisions, including previous conduct, previous warnings, how serious the offense is, and information that the players may have been given at the Players’ Meeting at the start of the tournament.
14.5 參賽選手參加比賽期間，未經組委會批準不得參加商業賽事和宣傳活動。選手佩帶的個人商業讚助標識，需在報（bào）名表上填寫申（shēn）報並由組委會審定規格及內容，須佩帶在左右胸前（qián），每塊胸標尺寸不（bú）超過5cm x 8cm。運動員不得佩戴未提交申請、未通過審定的商標。
The wearing of advertising or logos (5cm x 8cm) on a player’s attire may be restricted. Generally the CBSA allows players to wear advertising that are in accordance with moral and ethical standards, not linked to any brand that is deemed illegal by law without express approval in writing. Players are not allowed to engage in any commercial events or promotional activities without approval from the organizing committee,.
14.6 選手需佩戴賽會指定（dìng）的讚（zàn）助商（shāng）標識，否則不予參加比賽。
Players must wear the sponsor’s logo as specified by the organizing committee.
14.7 遵（zūn）守賽會紀律，服從賽會安（ān）排；比賽場館內禁止吸煙，參賽（sài）球員禁止攜帶移動電（diàn）話進入場地，在比賽進行中禁止場外指導。
Smoking and consuming of alcoholic beverages are not permitted during the match. This includes time-outs and other delays. Players are not allowed to use their mobiles phones during the match. mobiles phoness must be turned off and may not lie on the table or in any other visible spot. Off-site guidance is prohibited during the competition.
14.8 嚴禁酗酒和任何形式的賭博行（háng）為，嚴禁任何違法（fǎ）亂紀和有悖道德倫理的行為（wéi），違反者將被取消參賽資格。
Any form of gambling is strictly prohibited. Any violation of law and morality is prohibited. Violators will be disqualified.
